mema creative is a design studio based in Everett, WA. We create tactile and digital experiences, sometimes for clients, sometimes just for fun.

Our work is rooted in the belief that human imperfections are what make stories worth telling. We lean into the textures and the in-between moments that give a project its character, because we think design should feel alive.

For us, design is a collaborative conversation. We partner closely with people and organizations to surface what’s essential and to make it resonate. From visual identities, packaging, books, websites, spatial concepts, and anything else you can think of; our approach is both intuitive and intentional.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, services, and products. By accessing or using www.memacreative.com, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Mema Creative LLC.

"You" or "Client" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our services.

"Services" refers to any creative design services provided by Mema Creative LLC.

2. Use of Services

2.1. Services offered by Mema Creative LLC are intended for professional and personal purposes. Unauthorized use, including reselling or redistributing our work without explicit permission, is prohibited.

2.2. All creative designs and deliverables provided are for the client’s specified use only. Modifications or alterations by third parties are not permitted without prior written approval.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Clients agree to pay all invoices promptly as outlined in the project agreement. Payments can be made via methods specified by Mema Creative LLC.

3.2. A deposit may be required before the commencement of a project. This deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the project agreement.

3.3. Late payments may result in interest charges or a suspension of services until payment is received in full.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership of creative designs remains with Mema Creative LLC until full payment is received.

4.2. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client, except for elements licensed to Mema Creative LLC (e.g., stock images or fonts). Such elements will be governed by their respective licenses.

4.3. Mema Creative LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by a prior agreement.

5. Revisions and Approvals

5.1. Each project includes a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

5.2. Approval of final deliverables must be communicated in writing. Once approved, further changes may be subject to additional charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds for canceled projects will be determined based on the progress of the work completed at the time of cancellation.

6.2. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Mema Creative LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

7.2. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee error-free deliverables and will not be responsible for any issues arising from their use beyond our control.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. Mema Creative LLC will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared by the client.

8.2. Clients agree to respect any proprietary methods, techniques, or workflows used by Mema Creative LLC.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

10. Amendments

Mema Creative LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
